This doesn't bode well, IMO, for all tickets to India bought through recent "promotions", regardless of OTA. The reason: tickets were issued on 9W (Jet Airways) stock. However, here is a link to a recent document, where 9W explicitly prohibits issuing tickets on its own stock, unless 9W is the fare-owning carrier or it performs at least 50% of the total journey (neither was the case with these tickets):
https://www.9wagents.com/EN/IN/Uploads/PDF/PlatingRestrictions-Ticketingguidelines28Jan14.pdf
The agent risks a debit note of 600 USD for wrongly issuing on 9W.

But this means that is not 9W doing the tickets cancelling, isn't it?
Should be the OTA to do it
It seems 9W protects itself to pay YQ to LX/LH
On which OTA did you buy?

Right, it's the OTA that would be under pressure to cancel. It has been ebookers thus far, but I don't see why a much less endowed shop, like airtickets24.com or seat24.de, won't do likewise facing that fine from 9W.

No reports of other OTA cancelling, but I suspect they will soon join in. It's just that Ebookers was responsible for the first wave of FD'ed bookings, on Sept 28. The second wave started on Oct 8, led by airtickets24, and lasted three days. This could explain the delay -- 9W are sending ADMs to agencies starting with the earlier bookings. So, I guess that the time of the current leaders -- opodo, bravofly, or seat24.de -- might also come.
